EPD’s Managing Director, Eoghan Devlin has over 25 years professional experience in the construction industry. Eoghan is professionally qualified in a number of disciplines which include FRICS, FCIArb and MCIOB. As a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Eoghan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor having demonstrated his ability to manage all commercial aspects of a construction project at the most senior levels. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Eoghan have been trained and tested in Alternative Dispute Resolution to a globally recognised high standard. As Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders, Eoghan is a Chartered Construction Manager having demonstrated his ability to manage the construction of projects from inception to completion. Eoghan is a qualified Adjudicator who sits on a number of Construction Adjudication panels and is also a certified Quantum Expert Witness.
